WAITING FOR SPORTS SEASON TO BEGIN?

A virus stopped sports but now baseball is back on- and in July! 

On Friday, I received two custom football orders and decided it was time to blog about them.

I have been making custom made outfits...mostly football but any sport can be done.

The hoodie and pants have been to made to fit 3 brands of dolls in 8 different sizes.

I am not associated with any company or brand.

After my latest custom order, I decided to check back to see which teams have been my most popular through the past 4 years.

3 Years ago, when I was dreaming about new patterns, I started realizing that I had fallen in love with doll clothes that were hooded.  My flannel Pajamas were one of my top sellers so I decided that I needed to draft a hooded pj pattern for the Bitty Baby Dolls.  My first ones had with ears but they take 50 percent longer to make so my buyers didn't want to pay that much extra for the work that was involved. Ebay / Etsy / Amazon Handmade

I started selling on Ebay on January 31,2002. The first thing I made was an embroidered patriotic star denim jacket. I wish I still had a picture of that! I decided that if it sold, I would list two more things. it sold right away! I started I was sewing two things for every one thing that I sold. Everything was handmade by me. Snowsuits were my top seller that year. Soon, I had an e-bay store. I was busy for many years. I started slowing down when I had to start saying "18 doll clothes" instead of using the brand of the doll that I was selling for. I believe that hurt my business because when people would search by brand name, they would not find me. The difficult thing was other people selling handmade clothes were still using the brand name (and still do) while I had my listings pulled.
