Cabbage Patch Snacktime Kid Outfit- Special Order

One Saturday night, several weeks back, I received a request for a Snacktime Kid outfit. I had never heard of that particular doll so posted on the 'Cabbage Patch Kids Buy, Sell & Trade' Group. In the meantime, I googled it and found that it was a doll that had been recalled in 1997. Evidently, not everyone returned their dolls. This doll eats plastic food and goes through her into a backpack through a hole in her back. I was awake most of the night trying to figure out how to sew this. Isabella- Bubble Romper!

As the weather is warming up, I decided to do some research to see which styles have been selling the fastest on Amazon Handmade. What I discovered was that I had sold out of all my romper styles and all my hair ties.   For fun, I designed this new pattern. It features a pull on style (no velcro) with the darling halter style ties.  The hair tie wraps around the dolls head and ties on. ISABELLA - shorter version  I put elastic around the leg holes. I absolutely love the halter style back! I was in  and decided to make one a little longer by adding a ruffle to the leg.  Isabella - longer version This one gathers in at the leg right before the ruffle. Here they are side by side. Aren't they darling? Now, I am deciding whether to try a boy style bubble romper. Find me on ETSY Find me on Amazon Handmade Happy Memorial Day! Lynnette adorabledolldesigns
